Inspire Fitness FT2

I loved my Powertec Levergym. But we wanted to explore the use of a stack driven machine. So, the Inspire Fitness FT2 was purchased. This is a BIG piece, so I’ll be doing a full 1+ year review on it to make sure I get it all in.

Key Notes

I replaced the Powertec Levergym with the Inspire Fitness FT2 in late 2022 for the V5 of my gym. Was that a good idea?

Inspire Fitness FT2 Overview & Specs

Inspire Fitness FT2

The Inspire Fitness FT2 costs over 3x what the Powertec Levergym costs. So it better be pretty damn good. It boasts dual cable stacks that run off the adjustable cable columns, the DUAL low cable row, and the DUAL pulldown options. This was a key feature for us, as this meant we had a near endless amount of options. Add in the Smith Machine that works off the cable stacks as well, and you never need to load any plates. Just adjust your pins, and get to work.

We’ve already found a few accessories that are immensely helpful with the FT2 including Performance Pins, cable connectors, GymPins, and of course my favorite MAG Grips. I’ll share all of my favorite attachments and hacks and more when the review comes out. In the meantime check out my current favorite cable attachments.

We will also cover the included Inspire SCS Bench and leg curl/extension accessory in this review. We managed to purchase this unit used for a great price. It is the current model. It also came with the Inspire cable attachments and other accessories.
