Dialed Motion Multi Flight Wins BIG At HomeGymCon 2026
Dialed Motion blew up HomeGymCon 2025 with their Leg Developer. And then they came back to HGC 2026 and took the show again with the new Dialed Motion Multi Flight.
We got an early sneak peak from the team and wanted to share some insights.

Dialed Motion Multi Flight Overview

Dialed Motion are those guys who look at something and say… Well that is dumb, lets fix it. Your typical Multi Flight rack attachment performs AT MOST some shoulder lateral raises, and maybe some chest flyes. You can get away with some rear delt work if you bend over. The problem is that these things take up space, and don’t honestly do much.
You can perform any number of lateral and rear delt movements with dumbbells, a bench, and a cable set-up. Without much effort I could give you half a dozen variations for each. So dedicating space, budget, and even just the set up time to make this work, always seemed bizarre to me. Like, in a commercial gym or a home gym with a lot of space, sure. I’d own a Temple of Gainz Multi Flight (or one from Atlantis), but in my garage that space can be better used by a WIDE margin.
So out the gate, yes, the Dialed Motion Multi Flight does those basic things too. You can train shoulder lateral raises with adjustments for the starting position, angles and more. You can wheel a bench up and hit some chest flyes as well. But where we get spicy is when we start to dig further.

Because the Dialed Motion Multi Flight has the ability to fully change the angle of the machine itself, you can perform seated pec deck work, as well as rear pec deck work. Two movements that are almost certainly in every bodybuilders rotation, but in ZERO home gyms. This was the first thing that caught my eye.
But it gets a little more intense with the next change.
The Dialed Motion Multi Flight has the ability to remove the handles entirely, and replace them with two different pieces. First up is a leg roller, which makes this a Multi-Hip as well. You can perform adductor and abductor work (they are still fine tuning that), and likely some kick-back variations as well.
The Dialed Motion Multi Flight also has a forearm grip, allowing you to train a number of different forearm movements like supination, pronation, and more.
They are also wizards, because all of this stores away fairly easily on an upright, and it works off an upright trolley. You can see the docking mechanism on the front act almost like a drop in channel. When I asked if the trolley would be used for future projects, they said “it could be”. They also told me that this was in a VERY early prototype process. So my gut tells me that the Dialed Motion Multi Flight will continue to expand and advance, possibly with more features, but that we will also see future products leverage that same trolley.
