Cardio & Conditioning should be easy to implement, and suitable for small and big athletes. They should get your heart pumping, blood flowing, and make you question your sanity a little. I’ve owned multiple C2 Rowers, multiple Airdyne bikes, battle ropes, and half a dozen sleds.
I live in Northern California where the weather is tolerable 90% of the year with either some sunglasses or a sweatshirt. So my PRIMARY Cardio & Conditioning comes from outdoor bike rides and walks. If you can do this, I think you get a number of benefits that cardio on a machine of any kind doesn’t replicate. Fresh air, vitamin D, seeing the sights, and exploring your neighborhood.
